1. Canceling Your Passion.io Subscription (For PassionFighters)
Once the cancellation is processed, you will lose access to your Passion.io platform as well as your courses by the end of the billing cycle.
We do not issue any refunds for a canceled subscription unless you have requested for the service to be canceled previously but was not actioned by our Team.
2. Cancelation Form
If you have already completed your initial 6 months/12 months plan with us and would like to cancel your Passion.io subscription, we ask that you please fill out this FORM and we'll process your request within 2 business days.
3. Requesting a Refund

1. How do I cancel my customer's subscription?
Canceling a customer’s subscription depends on how they subscribed: Native app, web app via Passion Payments, or through your own checkout URL.
External Checkout. If your customers signed up through an external checkout and you have activated their access manually, you can simply go to Passion Metrics and Cancel their subscription
Passion Payments (Stripe). You can log in to your Stripe Account and cancel their subscription. -Search for the customer > go to subscriptions > click on "cancel subscription"
